Sophia has been in theatre since 2003, ranging from roles like Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2011), Golde in Fiddler on the Roof (2011), Mae Petersen in Bye Bye Birdie (2012), Mistress Quickly in Merry Wives of Windsor (2017), and so many more. Since she has been in over 50 separate productions, all simply cannot be named on a singular website page.

Her training includes Golden Performing Arts Center, Oak Park Performing Arts, Agoura Children's Theater, Impulstanz Dance Festival, POPROX Dance Studio, and is starting with The Studio Seattle at the end of March 2026.

With the COVID-19 pandemic and entering a rigorous job market afterwards, Sophia paused her theatre to focus on full-time video editing. However, the passion never stopped and is looking to participate in Seattle's theatre scene.

She has experience in acting, singing, dancing, and commercial voiceover.
